My current playing includes: Sequim City Band and solo playing for my church. After not playing since high school (1967), I picked up my flute again in 2002 and have thoroughly enjoyed it! I was a member of the South Dakota All-State Band for the last 3 years of high school and studied with a wonderful teacher named Corkie Bowles who I will never forget. My high school band teacher, Ron Whalen was a big influence in my life and I am thankful to have had them both for teachers! |
