I have my M.M. in flute performance from Florida State University and am currently working on my doctoral treatise. The treatise is on James Pellerite and his use of the American Indian plains flute in classical music. I also have a B.M.E. and B.M. in theory/composition from Texas Christian University. I was a member of the orchestra and top wind ensemble at both universities, and I also enjoyed playing in the new music ensemble at FSU as well as other chamber groups. |
