Debbie has taught and performed flute in Kelowna since the 1980's. She completed her education while living in England where she played with various orchestras including the Derby youth orchestra, one of London's Symphony orchestra's and a British Flute Choir that performed at a BBC broadcast on the radio.
As a Teacher Debbie is in great demand also as a clinician with her ability to teach a wide variety of levels from beginer to advanced and her endless store of patience. She has gained a considerable reputation as one of the finest teachers in the Okanagan Valley. Her expertise and experiance have allowed her to help her students of all kinds to reach their particular goals. This has manifested itself into many successful exam candidates and festival winners over the years. |
